We offer shipping via DHL on all domestic orders, UPS for international orders. Depending on where you are located, it typically takes between 2 and 6 business days. Returns & ExchangesPlease choose your pieces carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind due to the delicate nature of each item. Great care is taken to ensure that all items listed are described and photographed as accurately as possible to show the intricate details and colours of each piece. Please ensure you read the listing properly, noting dimensions and colours. If you arent sure whether a piece will match your gown or hairstyle, please get in touch with any styling or general questions and we will happily assist. CareTo keep the dust off simply store your precious accessory in the box it came in. All flowers are made by hand, from specially stiffened and hot-formed silk. They should not be wet, washed or chemically cleaned. If necessary, we recommend very gentle manual cleaning with an eraser or a damp tissue, but we cannot guarantee their perfect appearance at a later time. Please handle them carefully and do not place any objects on the flowers, do not tug or swing them, as this may cause them to wrinkle and flatten, and their edges may fray. Store them safely in the MoaMoa box in which they were delivered. Earrings and headpieces are made of gold-plated or silver-plated brass. Over time, they may darken, giving the effect of old jewelry. This condition can be accelerated by contact with perfumes, increased air humidity or high temperatures. It is a natural process that is beyond our control and cannot be claimed. We recommend gentle cleaning with silver and gold jewelry polishing cloths. Our brass gold or silver plated headpieces are bendable and easy to adapt to many different hairstyles. You should remember to do this in a delicate way in order not to break the handmade elements. We also advise you not to use any hairstyling products directly on them because they may cause corrosion and leave a matt coating. After unpacking, veils will probably need to be steamed before wearing. You can also use mist and let them dry. Optionally you can iron the veil using the lowest possible temperature setting and pressing very gently as higher temperature might ruin the fabric. We recommend anti-static liquid for ironing, preventing static electricity. |
